You may have noticed and may be wondering why our jewellery pieces with real diamonds, real gemstone and made with real solid 18K and 14K gold seems too good to be true at these prices. Most luxury jewellery brands in the industry mark up their product 5x to 10x the actual cost of the piece. Well, we have different philosophy!
In our experience, by providing fair pricing and fair value to our clients without sacrificing our product quality and design, we have gained happy, loyal, long-term clients whom have became Kura Jewellery brand ambassadors by referring us to their families and friends. It's a win-win situation! This has been our philosophy and practice since the inception of Kura Jewellery in 2009.
What shipping method do you use?
All Kura Jewellery pieces are currently shipped via DHL 2-3 work days.
Do I need to sign for my package?
Yes, a signature is required. Be sure to ship your order to an address where you will be available to sign for.
When will my order ship?
Our shipping and processing times depend on the items you’ve ordered.
In-stock items will ship approximately 1 week after the order is placed (make sure to add in the DHL 2-3 work days time into your calculation). If you need more speedy time, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you with faster delivery time if we can.
Pre-order (out of stock) items and engraved items will ship approximately 4 weeks after the order is placed (make sure to add in the DHL 2-3 days work days into your calculation). You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking number as soon as it is shipped out.
Where do you ship from?
Our head quarter is based in Hong Kong and we ship from Hong Kong.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, all international orders are shipped via DHL; we have a flat rate of shipping fee of USD 25, will be added at check out.
We provide international "Free Shipping" and also "Pre-paid tax" service on certain items with the label "Free Shipping".
For items with this label, customers only pay for the jewellery product while we pay for the shipping and custom duty.
Note: Also we offer "Free Shipping" promotion on the rest of our items from time to time. Please sign up to our newsletter to be informed of our sales and promotions.
Duties & Taxes
As mentioned above, for certain items, we provide "Free Shipping" and also "Prepaid tax" service on items with the label "Free Shipping".
For other items without the label above, duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected by the courier at the time of delivery.
Shipping times may vary due to customs delays, but our Kura Jewellery team can work with you to estimate your order arrival time.

We are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed and handed over to the vendor (DHL) for shipping. Thus, please make sure all information is correct before completing your order.
What's your return policy?
In case you're not 100% satisfied with our product(s), you may return it for a refund within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.
Returned item must be unaltered, unworn, in saleable condition, and should include it's original packaging.

In case you receive a wrong item(s), the return costs to our office will be fully supported by us. If the item(s) is returned for any other reason than that, the buyer supports the return costs.
If you are shipping an item over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without the trackable shipping service.
Can I return engraved items?
Pieces that have been engraved are custom made, so they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned product.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank or your credit card company first. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
