All Kura Jewellery pieces are currently shipped via DHL 2-3 work days.
Do I need to sign for my package?
Yes, a signature is required. Be sure to ship your order to an address where you will be available to sign for.
When will my order ship?
Our shipping and processing times depend on the items you’ve ordered.

In-stock items will ship approximately 1 week after the order is placed (make sure to add in the DHL 2-3 work days time into your calculation). If you need more speedy time, please contact us at info@kurajewellery.com and we will help you with faster delivery time if we can. |

Pre-order (out of stock) items and engraved items will ship approximately 4 weeks after the order is placed (make sure to add in the DHL 2-3 days work days into your calculation). You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking number as soon as it is shipped out. |
Where do you ship from?
Our head quarter is based in Hong Kong and we ship from Hong Kong.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, all international orders are shipped via DHL; we have a flat rate of shipping fee of USD 25, will be added at check out.
We provide international "Free Shipping" and also "Pre-paid tax" service on certain items with the label "Free Shipping".

Duties & Taxes
As mentioned above, for certain items, we provide "Free Shipping" and also "Prepaid tax" service on items with the label "Free Shipping".
For other items without the label above, duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected by the courier at the time of delivery.
Shipping times may vary due to customs delays, but our Kura Jewellery team can work with you to estimate your order arrival time.
If your country is not available to receive an order shipment, please email info@kurajewellery.com and we will assist you.
We are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed and handed over to the vendor (DHL) for shipping. Thus, please make sure all information is correct before completing your order.
