In case you're not 100% satisfied with the product(s), you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same product within 7 days of the recorded delivery date. We require notification via email within 2 business days of the recorded delivery date.
In case you receive a defective/wrong item(s), the return costs to our warehouse will be fully supported by us. If the item(s) is returned for any other reason than that, the buyer supports the return costs.
Notes:
- Engraved/bespoke/customised items are non-returnable, unless the product is faulty. And we will exchange the faulty product with a newly made items.
- Late returns shipped beyond 7 days from recorded delivery date will not be accepted.
- All returns must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition.
- Returned merchandise should include it's original packaging

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned product.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
